I, the author of this article, and, now head of a small studio Gornostai, was far from being the founder, it all started much earlier. In 2017, two enthusiasts with pseudonyms Spirit Mist and Heroin Merc decided to create their own RP server in Garry's Mod. At that time, the new team called themselves Rusomnium.

Although the server was never launched due to work disagreements, emotional burnout and lack of funding, and all the developments fell into oblivion and later dispersed as separate mods, for all the time of development, up to 2019 the team Rusomnium, now Gornostai, was joined by a considerable number of people of all possible specialities. Coders, modellers, writers, musicians and many others. Gornostai decided not to stop at only Garry's Mod, we need to move on and try to make our own creation. Since 2019, the studio has started working on unannounced projects. In 2023, the studio will proudly present its debut project for mobile devices - Cosmo Business.
